We sync permit data from government APIs multiple times per day. Most leads appear in your dashboard within 24-48 hours of the permit being filed with the local jurisdiction. Data freshness varies by municipality based on their reporting schedule.
Click on any lead in your dashboard to expand the detail view. Owner contact information, including name, phone number, and mailing address, is displayed when available. Contact data is sourced from public assessor records and business filings. A paid subscription is required to view full contact details.
Yes. You can export your leads as a CSV file from the dashboard. Use the export button at the top of your leads list to download all leads matching your current filters. Exported files include permit details, owner contact info, and lead scores.
Every lead receives a score from 0 to 95 based on factors like permit value, project type, recency, and owner reachability. Leads are categorized as Hot (30+), Warm (22+), Medium (15+), or Cold (below 15). Higher scores indicate better opportunities. Scoring is updated automatically as new data becomes available.
The free trial gives you full access to all features for the trial period, including lead browsing, owner contact info, lead scoring, territory filtering, and CSV export. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose a paid plan to continue.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Go to Settings, then Billing, and click "Cancel Subscription." Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided. You can also email support@onsiteapp.info for assistance.
