Terms of Service

Last updated: April 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Onsite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

Onsite is a construction permit lead platform. We aggregate building permit data from public government APIs, enrich records with property owner contact information, and deliver scored leads to help contractors and home service businesses find new customers.

The Service includes permit data retrieval, lead scoring, territory-based filtering, owner contact lookup, and lead management tools.

3. Data Sourcing

Onsite sources permit data from 75+ government APIs, including municipal open data portals, county assessor records, and state licensing databases. All source data is publicly available. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided through the Service.

Property owner contact information is derived from public records including assessor databases, business registrations, and contractor license filings.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes apply at the next billing cycle after the notice period.

7. Free Trial

If you sign up for a free trial, you may use the Service at no charge for the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Onsite does not guarantee that leads will result in closed deals, that contact information is current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onsite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by Onsite and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
